What happens after I register?
You receive a link by email that takes you to the plan selection without a password. Then enter your website address and customise your listing. You choose the button text, your contact hours and the fields in your enquiry form.
Which plan is right for my website?
Every plan includes Deep Links, a website button with your own text, phone contact and a custom enquiry form. Index is the basic plan. Index Pro and Index Max give your website an additional ranking advantage, with the greatest advantage in Index Max. How well your offering matches the search remains decisive.
How will people find my website?
We collect your website content and prepare it for search. For relevant searches, the result leads to the product or service page that best matches the enquiry. Potential customers reach the offering they are looking for directly.
Is registration free?
Yes. You can register and view the plans for free. You only incur costs when you explicitly confirm paid activation of your listing. The price and subscription term are shown beforehand. Index costs CHF 25 per month, billed every six months, excluding VAT.
Do I need to install anything on my website?
No. Simply enter your website address. We handle content collection and indexing. You do not need to install anything or share your website login details.
Is a specific position guaranteed?
No. Your position depends on how well your website content matches the search. Index Pro and Index Max give your website an additional ranking advantage for relevant searches. This does not guarantee a fixed position.
Which details can I change later?
You can edit your listing in your account at any time: company or brand name, website icon, location and phone number. You also choose the button text, contact hours and form fields. This lets you adapt the contact options to your offering and the way you work.
What does AI search mean?
AI search considers what an enquiry means. Potential customers can describe the product or service they need in their own words. Search connects that enquiry with the relevant content on your website.
How can people contact me?
The website button takes people to your website. The phone button lets them call you directly during your chosen hours. Your customisable form lets them send enquiries or quote requests. These arrive by email. All three contact options are included in every plan.
How are the plans billed?
Index costs CHF 25, Index Pro CHF 50 and Index Max CHF 100 per month, excluding VAT. You receive an invoice for six months. Your subscription renews for a further six months each time. If you move to a higher plan, you pay only the price difference for the remaining term, calculated by the day.
When will my website be visible?
Your listing appears in the directory after activation. We then collect your website content and make it available in search once indexing is complete. You receive the confirmation and your first invoice together by email.
