company.ch is a web and company directory operated by Saygin Menekse through the sole proprietorship Menekse Media, Solibodenstrasse 18, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland. UID: CHE-269.788.681. Contact: info@company.ch.

Paid plans are intended for companies and people acting in the course of business or professional activity. A listed company's own terms apply to its offers and contracts; company.ch is not a party to them.

Search, search results and enquiries to companies can be used without an account. Everyone must use company.ch lawfully and without interfering with its operation or third-party rights.

Registering an account is free and does not place a paid order. A company profile requires an account with a reachable email address. Anyone acting for a company declares that they are authorised to do so and to use the specified domain. No technical domain verification by DNS, file or email domain takes place. Access links must be kept confidential. The same verified account can be used for website indexing, business listings, franchises and own projects. Registering for a free area does not order an Index plan.

By explicitly confirming the order, the company customer accepts these terms and acknowledges the privacy notice. Acceptance and the declaration of authority are recorded for the account, domain and selected tier. The service, price, term and renewal are shown before the order is placed.

Index costs CHF 25 per month and is billed at CHF 300 for one year.

Index Pro costs CHF 50 per month and is billed at CHF 600 for one year.

Index Max costs CHF 100 per month and is billed at CHF 1200 for one year.

All plans include admission of the purchased domain to company.ch search results, a company profile, a website button, and optional phone and enquiry features. Up to 1000 publicly accessible, indexable pages are processed for each German, French, Italian and English language version, with a maximum of 4000 pages per website. Unused language allowances cannot be transferred. Larger websites are selected by structure and relevance; inaccessible content or content excluded by robots directives or noindex is not included. The scope and quality of content acquisition are the same for every plan. For relevant searches, Index Pro receives greater priority than Index, and Index Max the greatest. A higher position for every search or a fixed position is not guaranteed. Website visits, calls and enquiries are not billed individually. All prices exclude VAT.

Explicitly confirming an Index plan is a binding order for one year. The term begins after crawling and indexing are complete, when the first invoice is prepared for dispatch. The confirmation email includes this invoice. The start and end are recorded to the minute in Swiss time. The next annual period starts on the same calendar date and at the same time, when the next invoice is created. For a start on 29 February, 28 February applies in non-leap years. If the time falls within the spring clock change, the next corresponding valid time applies. The listing does not appear in search results before indexing is complete. A complete billing address is required before the first invoice is sent. The email may arrive later without changing the stated term. The agreed anniversary also remains decisive if a renewal invoice is technically delayed.

The subscription renews automatically for another year each time. To cancel, email info@company.ch and specify the website concerned. The cancellation must reach company.ch before the next term begins and takes effect at the end of the current term. No pro-rata refund is provided for a term that has already begun. Mandatory statutory rights, particularly in the event of a breach of contract by company.ch, remain unaffected.

An upgrade to a higher Index plan may be ordered during the current term and is applied directly. The price difference is prorated over the remaining time from the moment of the upgrade, but no earlier than the start of the subscription term. The annual renewal date stays the same. The full price of the higher plan applies from the next term. Downgrades are not available during a current term.

Invoices are issued as Swiss QR invoices and made available in the dashboard only after they are released for delivery. Payment is due within 30 calendar days after the invoice is actually sent; the due date shown on the invoice applies. The profile remains active during the payment period. While at least one invoice for the current term is overdue, the profile, its domain weighting and its contact features are not shown publicly. They reappear automatically once no such invoice remains overdue, unless the profile is paused, deleted, has reached the effective end of a cancellation or has expired. The company customer must keep the billing address current. If payment is late, company.ch may send reminders or demands and apply consequences of late payment permitted by law.

The company customer provides the primary domain and profile details and confirms their authority. Ordering prepares indexing; it does not publish results whose content has not yet been crawled. company.ch starts complete content acquisition. Purchased features can appear publicly only after successful crawling, indexing and technical publication. No technical domain verification takes place.

The company customer is responsible for their authority and all information provided. If authority is clearly false, information is misleading, rights are infringed or the domain is inappropriate, company.ch may request evidence and suspend or remove a profile.

A profile appears only with fully processed and published search content. Saved profile changes are applied after technical processing; they alone do not start a new crawl or annual term. If an update fails, the last fully published version remains available. A paused profile is not publicly discoverable and its domain weighting is not applied. Deletion removes public profile details; required subscription, enquiry, invoice and evidence data may be retained. The account is not deleted automatically.

The company customer must ensure that the company, domain, name, locations, destinations, phone number, button labels and form questions are accurate, current, lawful and do not infringe third-party rights. The customer holds the rights required for the agreed use. Sensitive personal data or secrets may not be requested without necessity and a lawful basis.

The company customer permits company.ch to retrieve, store and prepare for search the submitted profile details and the publicly accessible content of the purchased website intended for indexing, and to display them with titles, text extracts, website icons and links. The providers described in the privacy notice may be used for this purpose. The licence is non-exclusive and limited to what is needed to operate the agreed features; rights in the original content remain with their respective owners.

company.ch processes and searches publicly accessible content from active paid customer domains and active editorial Index domains. For relevant searches, Index Pro receives greater priority than Index, and Index Max the greatest. An editorial Index domain receives no plan-based priority and includes no invoice, subscription, customer profile or contact features. If a customer takes over the same domain through the paid flow, administrative admission ends and only the paid contract governs the domain. Plan priority applies to relevant searches without guaranteeing a higher position for every search; relevance remains decisive. One publicly accessible destination page per domain is selected for the query. The interface language does not restrict the search. Payment does not guarantee a position, visibility, impressions, visits, enquiries or commercial success. Indexing, availability and result content may change when the website or technical search services change. Complete coverage of every page, a specific indexing time or immediate updates after website changes are not promised. During reindexing, the last fully published version may continue to appear until the replacement is complete. Web search also includes admitted affiliate partners, subject to the additional affiliate-link provisions. A language preference may favour relevant results in the interface language without excluding other languages. The commercial register, projects and tenders, business marketplace and franchises have separate result collections; Index plans do not affect their ordering.

Index, Index Pro and Index Max may include a phone number with availability hours and a form with up to eight additional questions. Completed enquiries are delivered directly to the selected company and are not billed individually. company.ch does not verify every enquirer's identity, creditworthiness or seriousness and does not guarantee a contract. After delivery, the company and enquirer act on their own responsibility.

Creating and publishing these listings is free. There are no listing fees, commissions, subscriptions or automatic renewal charges. Index package, term and billing provisions apply only to website indexing ordered separately.

Advertisers must be authorised to publish their offers. They are responsible for accurate, current and lawful information and for any necessary rights and permissions. Public text must not contain confidential information. Only genuinely available offers may be advertised. Completed offers must be closed or paused. Advertisers grant company.ch the non-exclusive right needed to store, publish and display the listing, while retaining their rights to its content.

Listings can be edited, paused and closed in the account. company.ch may block unlawful, misleading, abusive or irrelevant listings. No financial or legal verification, ranking position, number of contacts or business outcome is guaranteed. Examples explicitly marked as sample listings are illustrative only and are not actually available offers.

Enquiries are forwarded to the contact email address saved for the listing. The parties independently verify the offer, identity, authority and contractual terms. company.ch does not collect purchase payments or provide legal, tax or investment advice.

The commercial-register area reproduces information from Zefix and other official register sources. It is independent of paid website indexing; a company profile implies neither a customer relationship nor an endorsement by company.ch. company.ch is not a commercial-register office. Its own summaries do not replace official information or a certified extract. Data, suggestions and updates may be incomplete or delayed. The competent register offices and linked original publications are authoritative. Information generally remains in the language supplied by its source; changing the interface language does not translate official free text.

A verified account allows customers to create and publish their own projects for free. There are no listing fees, brokerage commissions or Index subscriptions. Project owners are responsible for their authority, descriptions, deadlines and contact details and grant company.ch the non-exclusive rights needed to store, publish and display them. They must close or pause projects that are no longer available. Expired projects are no longer shown as open. Unlawful, misleading or abusive projects may be blocked.

company.ch provides presentation and contact facilities. It offers no binding bid-submission, award, payment or escrow procedure. The parties handle offers and contracts themselves. An own project is not published on SIMAP; any special procurement and publication duties remain the project owner’s responsibility.

company.ch additionally displays extracts from public SIMAP publications as an unofficial reproduction. For participation, documents, binding deadlines, corrections and remedies, the original SIMAP publication and the competent contracting authority are authoritative. Contact through company.ch does not replace a submission in the required form or by the required deadline. An open status does not guarantee that participation is still possible.

Some web search results link to partners through Awin or Adtraction affiliate links. company.ch may receive remuneration for a transaction attributed to those links. Partner admission is separate from paid Index plans and does not itself confer extra plan-based priority. Orders, prices, delivery, returns and warranties are governed by the respective provider; company.ch does not become the seller or a party to the contract. Availability, destination-site prices and successful technical redirection are not guaranteed.

Prohibited activities include identity misuse, unlawful or misleading content, spam, mass or automated enquiries, malware, attacks, simulated visits, ranking manipulation and circumvention of security, access, usage or billing limits. Outside the intended search use, search results may not be automatically extracted, cached, systematically stored, copied, redistributed, resold, turned into derivative datasets or services, or used to train AI models, except where mandatory law permits otherwise. company.ch may reject such activity, block accounts, and pause, reject or delete profiles. Independent rights to use open register and procurement data granted by law or by the official source remain unaffected.

The software, database structure, design, text, graphics, logo and other components created by company.ch are protected. They may be used only through the intended functions and may not be systematically copied, resold or made publicly available without permission unless the law provides an exception. Independent rights to use open register and procurement data granted by law or by the official source remain unaffected.

Maintenance, security measures, technical faults, third-party services and force majeure may temporarily restrict functions. Continuous, error-free or permanently unchanged availability is not promised.

company.ch has unlimited liability for loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence and where limitation is prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, company.ch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, missed business opportunities or damage resulting from external website content, search results, third-party information or failure of third-party services where it has acted with ordinary negligence.

The privacy notice applies to personal-data processing. company.ch may send necessary messages concerning access, accounts, enquiries, activation, invoices and payments. Listed companies are responsible for their further processing of enquiries received.

Termination of an account or profile does not affect a subscription term already begun, an invoice, payment obligation, delivered enquiry, legal retention obligation or a provision intended to survive termination.

company.ch may develop its functions and these terms for objective reasons. Price changes do not apply retrospectively to a term already begun. Material changes to an existing contractual relationship take effect only with consent or on another basis permitted by law.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bülach, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law; mandatory places of jurisdiction remain reserved. The German version is the original and prevails in case of conflict to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the statutory rules supplement them.
